The donation portal allows us to offer you rewards based on your donations.
Every month we pay for different services in order to have a server as efficient as possible.
On the portal you will find different packs for your donations containing either Quantum Computers, Ingots, and other materials.
We are in the process of offering subscription based services as well, please check often!!

| How do I get my Discord role from my Tebex purchase? | Roles will not be assigned automatically. We respect the rights of players who do not want to reveal their personal spending decisions to the public. Those who wish to show this role can use the Discord command /player givevip and /player removevip. |
| How do i get my QC from One time purchases? | Your reward will be saved into one of your Reward Berths in your Dockyard. This uses none of your available player slots. Make sure you are in a safe place before loading any reward grid from your Dockyard. |
| How do i get my extra Dockyard slots? | At purchase they are added to the server straight away. Regardless if you are online or not. |
| How do I cancel my subscription? | For a cancellation link, please reference the email titled “Your subscription with UpsideDown Universe” that you received when you purchased.\\You can also visit Tebex and cancel your subscription there. |
| How many subscriptions can I have? | We wont limit your spending in any way but we encourage you to consider your financial obligations and budget before making any online purchases. We do not refund and a chargeback may result in Tebex banning you from future transactions. |
| When will I be billed again for my subscription? | Subscriptions auto-renew one month from the date of purchase. |

How to vote
- There are two ways to visit the voting site:
- Use `!vote link` ingame to visit the voting site using the ingame browser
- Hit the green vote button, and vote for our server
- Once ingame use `!vote claim` to get your reward.
Monthly Vote Rewards
At the end of each months, you get extra rewards.

Unclaimed vote rewards can only be claimed in the same vote cycle the vote was casted.
Unclaimed votes are also counted towards the Monthly rewards.

Nitro Boosting will land you 1500 Quantum Computers and 50 SafeZone Chips every month!!
To receive these rewards, you must connect your Discord account to your in-game profile.
